CICP and KAS Cambodia will co-organize a public lecture on “The Fourth Industrial Revolution: A Driver or a Drag to ASEAN’s Economic Integration?” on Thursday, 11 May 2023, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM (Cambodia Time).
This public lecture aims to assess the current state of digital readiness and innovation capabilities across ASEAN in the context of the 4IR. Additionally, it is to identify the opportunities and challenges for regional integration and digital transformation within the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Furthermore, it is to examine the policy and regulatory frameworks that enable or inhibit the adoption of 4IR technologies in the ASEAN region and develop recommendations for enhancing regional integration and digital transformation in the context of the AEC and the 4IR.
