Executive Director

Greetings from CICP, the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace.

As I begin an entirely new journey at the helm of this prestigious institution, I am proud and deeply honored to support and advance the aims of the premier foreign policy think tank of Cambodia. CICP was established in 1993 by His Royal Highness Samdech Norodom Sirivudh, the younger half-brother to His Late Majesty King Norodom Sihanouk. Under his direction, the organization has endeavored to maintain an independent, neutral, and non-partisan stance, by offering a balanced view on all situations. CICP produces in-depth expert analysis on a variety of regional and global issues, with the aim of providing policymakers, academics, international stakeholders, and the broader public with the highest quality information, investigation, and breakdown on important and timely topics.

CICP aims to conduct policy research and analysis, as well as promote balanced debates, on important issues confronting Cambodia, the region, and the global community as a whole. The institute strives to create opportunities for dialogue with and among government officials, national and international organizations, scholars, and other interested stakeholders on geopolitical, security, social, and economic matters.

As the Executive Director of the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace, I invite you to engage with or collaborate with the activities of CICP to increase your understanding or offer your expertise and support our work with the aim of improving peace and cooperation among states and non-state actors in order to make our world a better place in which to live.
