In collaboration with the EU in Cambodia, CICP will host a public lecture on “One Year of Ukrainian War: What Does It Mean for Global Security and Global South” on Tuesday, 21 February 2023, from 8:30 AM to 11:00AM. The lecture is featured by distinguished speaker, Prof. Olexiy Haran, Professor of the Kyiv Mohyla Academy. He will travel to Phnom Penh on the event date.
During this public lecture, Prof. Olexiy Haran explains historical, ideological, and geopolitical reasons for Russian invasion. He will further discuss the influence the war on global geopolitics and security and, specifically, dramatic consequences for the Global South.
