On Friday, 29 July 2022, Ambassador Pou Sothirak, Executive Director of the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace took part in the first meeting of the ASEAN – China Vision Group virtual meeting among eminent members. The ACVG deliberate the ASEAN and China’s interest to collaborate in bracing for the economic impact born out of Covid-19 and economic recovery and the geopolitical fracture in Europe erupted by the War in Ukraine.
The group discussed the 2022 ASEAN-China Vision Group: Aims and Expectations as well as reviewing ASEAN-China Health Cooperation in the context of the COVID pandemic.
