During a webinar on “Mekong Undercurrents Amidst the US-China Geostrategic Rivalry: Post Pandemic Trends and Prospects” organized by ISIS Thailand this morning, Amb. Pou Sothirak, CICP Executive Director, shared his views about geopolitical challenges and provided suggestions for Mekong countries should take to safeguard their strategic autonomy and protect the mighty Mekong River amidst major powers rivalry which compete for greater influence in this part of the world.
