On 27 October 2021, CICP and the Stimson Center hosted a virtual launching ceremony of their research report to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Paris Peace Agreements entitled “The PPA Report – Looking Back and Moving Forward”. Amb. Pou Sothirak, CICP’s Executive Director, postulates that all signatory states to the Agreements should continue to maintain their commitment, both today and in the future, in encouraging national actors and stakeholders to abide by the commitment they made in the PPA thirty years ago so as to allow the Cambodian people to live in peace with dignity and honor.
