During today’s webinar on “Facilitating Multilateralism: EU-Cambodian ASEAN Dialogue”, there has been a remarkable breath of issues discussed among ASEAN and EU experts. They agreed that Multilateralism is the cornerstone of global diplomacy that upholds international rule-based order. The strategic partnership between the two blocs can address challenges such as fragmentation of the global system and geopolitical competition among the major powers. The EU is committed to seeing ASEM 13 will be held successfully in Cambodia later this year and will fully support Cambodia’s Chairmanship of ASEAN next year.
