During the CLMTV virtual Forum 2021 organized by the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand on 24 August 2021, Amb. Pou Sothirak, CICP Executive Director, shared his perspectives on Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and the newly-initiated Build Back Better World (B3W). He also discussed the future of multilateralism in the post pandemic and strategic contexts for CLMTV in the era of great power competition.
