Amb. Pou Sothirak, CICP Executive Director, contributed an article entitled “Viet Nam’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2020: Towards a Cohesive and Responsive ASEAN” in the publication on “25 Years of Viet Nam in ASEAN: Views from the Inside”, published both in English and Vietnamese versions last year by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam. On 11 August 2020, H.E. Nguyen Quoc Dzung, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and ASEAN SOM Leader of Viet Nam sent him a letter of appreciation for his article contribution to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of Vietnam’s Accession to ASEAN.
