On 19 March 2021, Amb. Pou Sothirak, CICP Executive Director, attended the Mekong-US Partnership Track 1.5 Policy Dialogue organized by Stimson and IUCN. The dialogue debated on key policy and sustainability challenges facing the Lower Mekong: connectivity, energy & Infrastructure, non-traditional security, water governance, and natural-based solutions.
