As Cambodia’s oldest foreign policy think tank, established a quarter century ago by our chairman, Samdech HRH Prince Norodom Sirivudh – CICP is proud to announce its participation in the “Ponluk Chomnes” program, supported by the government of Australia and The Asia Foundation. The support provided by this grant will serve to facilitate the long term development, institutionalization, and sustainability of CICP as a leading voice in Cambodian foreign policy; as the kingdom’s premier locus for track 1.5 and track 2 diplomatic dialogue; and support deeper integration between Cambodian foreign affairs experts and our colleagues in ASEAN, Australia, and across the globe. CICP looks forward to building on this significant grant as we continue to develop and expand our programming and research while adhering to our long-standing values of objectivity, independence, and neutrality.
